Kosova dhe Serbia nënshkruan marrëveshjen për themelimin e Bashkësisë së komunave me shumicë serbe në Kosovë. Ajo qe nuk i thuhet shqiptareve, eshte se pjeset me vitale te ekonomise se Kosoves, do te administrohen prej serbeve. Praktikisht kjo marreveshje, krijon nje entitet serb, si Kale Troje, qe do ti beje shqiptaret te varur ekonomikisht prej serbeve dhe do mallkojne diten qe kerkuan te jene te pavarur :
