Po ndertoja nje harte me fiset ilire duke ndjekur pershkrimet e Pseudo-Skylax dhe duke u mbeshtetur ne to kryesisht ne emra lumejsh dhe ishuj te vjeter arrita deri tek enkelejte:



por kur arrita tek taulantet, qe sot pranohet te jete Durresi , pershkrimi nuk perputhet fare me vendin:

TAULANTIOI. And of the Taulantians is the Illyric nation, in which Epidamnos is, and a
river flows beside the city which has the name Palamnos. And out of Epidamnos to Apollonia, a
Hellenic city, is a road of two days. And Apollonia is distant from the sea 50 stades, and the river
Aias flows beside the city. And from Apollonia into Amantia is 320 stades. And the Aias river
from the Pindos Mountain flows beside Apollonia. [And] towards [Amantia] inland, somewhat
into the Ionian gulf is Orikos.

Mora harten e Shqiperise dhe vura re, qe asnje lum nuk zgjatet ne gjithe bregdetin prej ose prane Durresit:

Palamnus (Palamnos, Scyl. p. 10), a river of Illyricum, which flowed into the sea near Epidamnus. This river has been identified with the Panyasus (Panuassou ekb., Ptol. iii. 13. § 3); but this latter corresponds better with the Genusus (Tjerma or Skumbi):

Shkumbini??? Shume larg Durresit shume me ne jug.

Mesa mund te kuptoj une, Epidamnos nuk eshte Durresi i sotem dhe kaperximi nga Enkelejte tek Taulantet eshte shume i madh, nese keta te fundit do ishin ne Durres.
Enkelejte sipas pershkrimit gjenden prane lumit Rhizon, qe sipas te gjitha gjasave, eshte prane qytetit malazez sot Risan, kurse taulantet nuk duhet te gjendeshin larg prej tyre. Ne pershkrim thuhet qe Rihzoni gjendej nje dite larg Epidamnos:

25. ENCHELEIS. A nation of Illyrians are the Encheleis, adjoining the Rhizous. And out of
Bouthoë to Epidamnos, Hellenic city, voyage of a day and a night, and a road of three days.

kuptohet qarte, qe historia duhet te rishikohet sepse dikujt i intereson te mos na jape informacionin e duhur.
