Taulant Balla thote se ceshtja e ish-te perndjekurve eshte keqperdorur politikisht. Sipas tij, Partia Socialiste synon t'i jape asaj nje zgjidhje perfundimtare.
“Me lejoni te ve ne dukje ligjin per demshperblimin e te perndjekurve politike, i cili kaloi ne Parlament gjate vitit 2007, i cili tallej me shtresen e te perndjekurve politike, sepse demshperblimi ishte nje vlere shume e vogel dhe afati fundor i demshperblimit ne total per te tera familjet shkonte ne vitin 2176. Por jane edhe grevat e te perndjekurve, te cilet per dite me radhe nuk kane pasur mundesi te kontaktojne me autoritetet per kerkesat e tyre”, ka deklaruar Balla.
Deputeti socialist thekson ne nje interviste per Top Channel, se PS do t’i kushtoje vemendje te posacme edhe ceshtjes se pronave, e cila sipas tij duhet pare ne dy dimensione.
“Ceshtja e ish-pronareve duhet pare ne dy dimensione: interesat e ish-pronareve dhe ceshtja e titujve te pronesise ne Republiken e Shqiperise. Kjo ceshtje ka bllokuar me pas shume e shume ceshtje te tjera qe lidhen me pronat. Marr faktin ketu te investimeve ne turizem. Ne Shqiperi nuk mund te kete investime afatgjata sa kohe nje qeveri brenda nje mandati ndryshon dy here politiken e vet perkundrejt pronave ne bregdet. Nje moment te caktuar ua jep, nje moment te caktuar u merr nje pjese, pastaj legjieron permes nje ligji disa pronare apo zaptues te disa tokave ne bregdet. Keshtu qe ceshtja e pronave ne Shqiperi duhet zgjidhur ne nje plan afatgjate dhe perfundimtar, ne interes te tera paleve, c’ka do te thote se ne respektojme te drejtat e ish-pronareve, por respektojme edhe te drejten e pronareve te shpallur ne baze te ligjit 7501”, ka nenvizuar Balla.
Me kete deklarate, deputeti socialist ka lene te kuptohet se PS nuk e hedh poshte kete ligj. “Sigurisht, kjo do te kerkoje nje konsultim te gjere, por ne gjykimin tim, ligji 7501 eshte veshtiresisht i abrogueshem”, ka shtuar Balla.
Ligji qe u merr nje pjese te tokes ne bregdet personave qe u ishte dhene per ta shfrytezuar ate, u miratua ne seancen e fundit plenare per kete vit.
Te marten ligji i ri nuk ishte ne listen e dekreteve te presidentit te Republikes, ndonese kreu i shtetit eshte brenda afatit ligjor per ta dekretuar.
Kurse zgjidhja perfundimtare qe premtohet nga socialistet eshte me shume nje politike orientuese per ta kur te vijne ne pushtet.
