Ne kerkim te nje varri
Ne Shqiperi ndodh shpesh te te harrojne per se gjalli ne nje zone te thelle apo edhe fare prane rrugeve nacionale. Mund te jesh pa uje, pa drita, pa rruge e pa shkolle e askush mund te mos kujtohet.
Ne keto 19 vjet te gjata tranzicioni keto tashme per fat te keq jane bere krejtesisht normale, por ne Shqiperi ndodh te te harrojne edhe kur vdes, duke te lene rrugeve pa nje vend te denje ku te prehesh.
Ky eshte fati me te cilin perballen qindra banore te fshatit Rrajce te Librazhdit. Tashme prej disa vitesh ne varrezat e fshatit nuk ka me vend per te kryer ceremoni mortore. Komuna thote se eshte kompetence e qeverise te beje shpronesime per ceshtje publike.
Shumica te derdhur ne varferi jetojne me pasigurine e te nesermes qe mund t’i gjeje ose jo me nje kothere buke mbi tryeze, e megjithate shqetesimi me i madh per ta eshte ajo copez toke. Te pakten aty duan te jene te gjithe te barabarte.
“Po heqim ferra dhe po vendosim njerezit. Por na dalin ferra nga ana tjeter mbulohet ai qe u shti. Ke frike te vdesesh, ky eshte muhabeti”, thote nje prej banoreve te fshatit.
Ne terrenin malor te Rrajces ku hapesirat e tokes jane shume te vogla, nderhyrja e shtetit eshte e domosdoshme per te shpronesuar e me pas kompensuar nje prej banoreve. Rreth 2 vjet me pare banoret munden te mblidhnin nje shume parash nga te ardhurat e tyre te vogla, me shpresen se qeveria do te garantonte pjesen tjeter. Por kjo nuk ndodhi.
“Ne po i shtiem shume afer njeri-tjetrit, biles rrezik eshte shpuar varri nga varri qe kemi shtire tjetrin”, thote nje tjeter banor i fshatit.
Mungesa e siperfaqes se varrezave shpesh i ka detyruar njerezit qe te vdekurit t’i prehin edhe ne oborret e shtepive.
“I kane varrosur ne bace, i kane futur aty se s’kane ku t’i cojne. Eshte gjendje e veshtire”, thote nje banor i zones.
Ata qe jane vendosur me vone ne kete fshat i dergojne te afermit e tyre te prehen ne fshatrat e origjines duke udhetuar disa ore ne kembe.
“Ta shtishe baben e nenen tek dera e shtepise eshte e rende”, thote nje prej banoreve.
“Po jetojme i gjalli me te vdekurin”, na thote kryeplaku Ali Dashi.
Ndersa na shoqeron rrugicave te ngushta te fshatit ai kerkon me ngulm qe shtetaret te kuptojne se te vdekurit nuk mund te trajtohen si mall i pavlere.
“Kemi frike te vdesim se kemi ku te na shtien”, thote Dashi.
Modest ne menyren e jeteses, keta banore e kane reduktuar kerkesen ndaj qeverise vetem per nje varr.
