"Moreover, you scorned our people, and compared the Albanese to sheep, and according to your custom think of us with insults. Nor have you shown yourself to have any knowledge of my race. Our elders were Epirotes, where this Pirro came from, whose force could scarcely support the Romans. This Pirro, who Taranto and many other places of Italy held back with armies. I do not have to speak for the Epiroti. They are very much stronger men than your Tarantini, a species of wet men who are born only to fish. If you want to say that Albania is part of Macedonia I would concede that a lot more of our ancestors were nobles who went as far as India under Alexander the Great and defeated all those peoples with incredible difficulty. From those men come these who you called sheep. But the nature of things is not changed. Why do your men run away in the faces of sheep?"
Letter from Skanderbeg to the Prince of Taranto ▬ Skanderbeg, October 31 1460

In the Greek mythology is the king of the gods, the ruler of Mount Olympus, and the god of the sky and thunder. His symbols are the thunderbolt, eagle, and the oak. In addition to his Indo-European inheritance, the classical “cloud-gatherer”

Epirus this is the name given to Albania by the Latins, we call it Arberia(tosk) or Arbenia(gheg).

We started calling ourselves Shqipetare around 14-15 century but this is not a new name by no means, because this is Shqipe(eagle) symbol of Zeus our powerful and generous GOD.

The question is why does Albanian flag have two eagles instead of one. Because Zeus had two eagles, one traveling on the east and the other on the west, symbolizing the extension of Zeus power in both western, eastern cultures

This Roman eagle (Romans was a race-culture not very different from the """Greeks""" & they had the same God/s in their worship ) doesnt not symbolise the mighty Roman Empire but just shows a Jupiter's symbol(Zeus):

The Apeirote Republic AR Drachm. 238-168 BC. Head of Zeus Dodonaios right, monogram behind / APEIRWTAN, eagle standing right on thunderbolt, all within oak wreath.

This is the reason why we call our land SHQIPERI: the land of Eagle, a symbol-name coming from very ancient times , we just revitalised our ancient name along with ARBERI.

Along with Zeus we always find his symbol the eagle:

Image

putting in the right way the double-eagle which we find today as the double-headed eagle on the Albanian flag. That was the symbol of the Pelasgians. Lycaion son of Pelasgus built a temple dedicated to Zeus, in Arcadia where the Mount Lycaion is located:

Albanians the real Pelasgians descendents never forgot about their beloved God, their ancient symbols and their meanings.

Eshte e mrekullueshme kjo apo jo?

Even in 1929 the Mohammedan monks of a monastery at the foot of Mt. Tomori, in neighbouring Albania, were still sacrificing annually on that summit a white bull to Zeus (Cook, Zeus, II, 1 171).

Nga te gjitha epitetet e Zeusit, ai qe me terheq mua me shume vemendjen eshte: 'zeus atabyri':

Image

Dia(Zeusi), ishte per ate popull te lashte, ATA & BIRI, ishte Zoti, qe kishte lindur ate race dhe ishte lindur prej saj.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing
