Nderkaq, nje prove tjeter inplicite eshte edhe deshmia e nje prifti athinas te shekullit XI dhe 'krajatat' e tij me turmen 'barbare' (dmth shqiptare). Nderkaq, prezencen e drejtperdrejte shqiptare sic e kam shpjeguar edhe ne nje post tjeter ne gjuhen angleze eshte si vijon:
Judging on historical events occurred within "GREECE PROPER" the population of its castles was pulled into Minor Asia or was reduced demographically.
At the same time, the waves of expelled Illyrians from Dalmatia and Pannonia causes a lot of settlings in vacuum territories of Greece. I think in Roman times Illyrians obviously predominated numerically in Greece. that's why Romans applied often the term ILLYRICUM to ascribe 'Greece'. Later on, dardanian prominent emperor, JUSTIN settled a considerable number of Illyrians in GREECE, because due them he powered his rule (Furthermore, he trust in ILLYRIANS because he himself was ILLYRIAN by origin). I guess that in some cases when it was used term 'HELEN' or 'Greek' means simply ILLYRIAN (for the reasons i expanded). Here I'd like to present a couple of citations which confirms Arvanites and Hellenes (of the castles) as the same people.
Quote:
In the letter of Jacomo Barbarrigo towards the Germans in 1479 where he mentions:
"The Arvanites and the Hellines are nothing more than the same people that hate every foreigner"
Here I found a citation of an another author but probably in the actual trait is "interpreted" according to the personal desires of any BYZANTINE NET WARRIOR. But the underlined part calls for attention:
Quote:
Simon Fitzsimons in his ‘Itinerary’ written 1322 during his journey to Jerusalem mentions that the south of the region now known as
Albania was populated by a mixture of non-Albanian people (
among them the Hellines that wore distinctive white hats) and that the region had only then received an Albanian influx by invading Albanians fleeing from Slavic domination in the region of Rascia ..
Definitely, those white hats are in favor of what I said before that Hellenes of post-Roman times were entirely 'illyrianized'. that's why Albanians of Middle Age (13, 14 century) migrated massively toward their kins.
1) Prezenca shqiptare -----VAZHDIM I DOREVE (MANIOTEVE) = Maniotet shqiptar
2) Mbishtresimi i 'pare' - Vendosja e 'koloneve' ilir prej Justinit e perandoreve te tjere ilirik
3) Mbishtresimi i 'dyte' - Vendosja e ilireve te perzene prej dyndjeve barbare
4) Mbishtresimi i 'trete' - Vendosja e shqiptareve nga presioni i mbreterive "serbe"; drita e gjelber e perandoreve bizantin per t'u vendosur shqiptaret e Epirit ne jug
5) Mbishtresimi i 'katert' - Perballjet me osmanet - Zhvendosjet e popullsise;ikja nga lufterat, etj.
6) Mbishtresimi i 'peste' - Shek. XVII - Vendosja e shqiptareve muslimane prej otomaneve ne 'Greqi' per t'iu kundervene kryengritjeve te shqiptareve ortodoks.
Duke e pare ne nje kontekst te ketille zhvillimi e vazhdimesie, kemi mundesine qe me nje siguri relativisht te larte te guxojme te themi se 'MIGRIMI I MADH' ka qene i sterfryre dhe me teper i ngjan nje miti sesa nje realiteti historik.
