Shoqeria njerezore, si cdo organizim tjeter, ka "qelizat" e saj, qe jane individed dhe "grupqelizat", qe zakonisht jane racat. Raca, nga ana e saj, mund te klasifikohet dhe vecohet, nga shume elemente, por elementi, qe e ben ate me te vecante, eshte elementi gjenetik. Ne kete kendveshtrim, nje organizim elementar shoqeror, eshte organizimi rreth nje mashkulli, materiali gjenetik i te cilit, trashegohet nga te gjithe individet qe jane ne perberje te asaj njesie. Ky organizim, rreth ketij patriarku, njihet ne boten shqiptare si: FARA. Organizimi ne fara, ka qene nje nga me te qendrueshmit dhe jetegjatet, per popujt me histori te qarte etnike. NJe emertim thuajse identik, ka pasur njesia shoqerore e "grekeve te lashte", pothuajse me te njejtat tipare: φρά-τηρ, ose φατρία. Disa perpiqen t'ja gjejne kuptimin kesaj fjale te fjala fratelo=vella, por ne fakt burimi i vertete i saj eshte fjala shqipe farat.

Frati ashtu si dhe fara-t e shqiptareve, jane nje nenndarje e φυλή apo φύεσ-θαι qe do te thote fis. Folja φύεσθαι(pres inf mp) buron nga φύω qe ashtu si dhe fis, kane te njejten rrenje qe kane kuptimin: filloj, prodhoj, sjelle ne jete.

Jo vetem emri i organizimit superior te fratit(farat), perkon(ose eshte shume i ngjashem me te) me emrin shqip fisi= φυλή~ φύεσ, por dhe nenndarja e tij: gene(γένος) perkon plotesisht me ate shqip gjinia:

Pse gjinia eshte nenndarje e fares? Sepse 'gjinia' eshte ajo qe rrjedh nga FEMRA(nena). Patriarku biologjik sundimtar, ka zakonisht shume gra(mjafton te rikujtojme grate e panumerta te Zeusit ose Herkulit). Secila nga keto gra, formon "barkun" e saj qe ne shqip i themi gjinia, por qe ja kemi integruar kuptimin ne ate te races. Le ti shikojme dhe njehere keto sipas nje grafiku:
